Summary0002960: An .srt subtitle that is meant for lower center could be shown left or right without the proper tag
Description

As written on https://dcpomatic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=13084#p13084, if there are previous tags that are either {\an1} or {\an2} and the .srt subtitle has not the tag {\an2}*, then the subtitle keeps the previous ({\an1} or {\an2}) position. {\an1} being the lower left and {\an2} being the lower right.
I did try to have {\an9} for the previous subtitle, having no tag sent the subtitle on the lower center. So, the problem does not appear no matter where the previous subtitle was.

The newest version is 2.18.9 today, but I do not suppose that this bug is related to the one squeezed (GL rendering) on that update.

*subtitle edit is not adding the {\an2} tag, if the subtitle is supposed to be on the lower center position.

@carl libsub branch needs a test

An error that I can not edit:
"and {\an2} being the lower right." should be "and {\an3} being the lower right."
Similarly, corrected phrasing is:
"if there are previous tags that are either {\an1} or {\an3}"
"then the subtitle keeps the previous ({\an1} or {\an3}) position."

Right, yes, it resets the vertical alignment between subtitles but not the horizontal for some reason...

Yes, further testing showed exactly that. That I was missing.
If the previous alignment was top-left, it would be bottom-left, without the tag. Similarly if the previous alignment was top-right.

Should be fixed in 2.16.10.
