Description
  1. Install DoM 2.15.x on Windows
  2. Corrupt config.xml
  3. Load main DCP-o-matic

there's an error and it appears behind the splash screen. Code in win-splash tries to fix this by making the error a child of the splash screen; it appears that trying to close the splash screen does not work.
