I'm seeing consistent crashes in the following circumstances:

Input content:

• SMTPE 25fps DCP
• DCI MXF file, containing 1 frame of black video, no audio

The MXF file is put in timeline directly after end of video.

It works fine if making DCP at 25fps (no frame rate change). But if I make the DCP 24fps, DCP-o-matic throws an error at very end of the encode:

Programming error at ../src/lib/player.cc:646

The log also contains:

ERROR: Silence starting before or after last audio by 298

If I also add a DCI MXF containing a single frame of audio under the video MXF, that solves the problem.

Therefore, I suspect it has something to do with DCP-o-matic wrongly calculating the duration of silent audio required to fill the gap at end.

I think this is same bug as 1623.
