Hi DCP-o-matic forum,
I recently tried to output as MOV file and when the file came out, it was not playable on PC and Mac. Then I tried MP4. It too wasn't playable. Anyone got any advice? Thank you.
Best,
Ken

Which version of DCP-o-matic did you use? What was the source file? Do you still have the metadata file from this project?

Hi,
Thanks for those metadata files. I can't see any real problems there. When you say the files are "not playable", what exactly do you mean? Is there some error when you try to play them?
Are any of these non-playable files small enough to upload somewhere so that we can take a look?
