Hello Dom users. I just generate a 20 of DCP with subtitle.
Everything seems perfect but there is not one DCp that finally have the subtitles ... The version is 2.12.6.
I can still make supplemental but I can not get how it s possible ...
Any clue ?
thank you !

Re: subtitle issue with DOM
I guess we need to know a bit more about what and how...
Can you show us some screenshots? Where do you experience the missing subtitles - in the DCP-o-matic player, in the cinema...?

Re: subtitle issue with DOM
I think that is a known little quirk Carl was going to fix - these subtitles are embedded in an MKV file as bitmap subtitles - probably from a DVD or Bluray. You also need to check 'Burn subtitles into image', as bitmap subtitles currently can only be burned-in. Carl was thinking to automatically check that box when bitmap subtitles are to be used, but it's not yet in 2.12.x (and probably never will be, after what I noticed now in 2.13.38
)
