| Summary | 0001850: Feature request: Export to ProRes from CLI | ||||
| Description | I usually use FFMPEG to convert DCP to ProRes. However, DCP-o-matic does a better job of it in a few circumstances:
DCP-o-matic also seems to be faster than FFMPEG, which is odd as I believe it's just using FFMPEG under the hood. Maybe I'm not using all available threads when decoding in FFMPEG. Would be amazing if DCP-o-matic's export function was scriptable via CLI. Related to 0001358. | ||||
