Heyy!
I'm having issues converting my hour film to DCP.
I have tried using .mov and .mp4 files and every time I load the file into DCP o matic, the video does not show up in the preview.
I had a bash at converting any way, just in case, and as expected there is no image - just sound.
I've brought videos that are the same .mov and .mp4 settings into the program but are shorter clips and they have worked fine.
My files are around 7gb. Is there a size limit to files that DCP o matic can handle?
What am I doing wrong?
Any help appreciated!
Thanks
Georgi

Re: No image data in my DCP
Where do these files come from? Did you create them yourself? Which software? Which version of DCP-o-matic are you using?
When you import these files into DCP-o-matic, a small file 'ffprobe.log' is created in the project directory. This file will tell what DCP-o-matic 'saw' in your source footage. Please post it here or send it to Carl.
No, there is no file size limit.
