Hi,
For a festival preview ofvone of my film in America the cestival committe has send me a serial number of the server as Deromi DP2000 Serial No 204126-01
I downloaded the sertificate from DOM and generate the kdm.
but it is not working. Any idea why ?

The leading '2000' is wrong, and the trailing -01 is somewhat strange. I can't remember, it may have to do something with a replacement item, but in any case, if that serial number was wrong, the download should fail?
Try the 204126 or 204126-01 and see if it makes a difference. Doremi's normal eSN numbering scheme is just 6 digits.

On the doremi server go to the "diagnostic tool" (menu/control panel/diagnostic tool) and get the serial number (e-S/N) and check it against the number supplied. The serial number you supplied is valid but it may not be for that machine eg. IMB change at some point.

Remove the leading "2000" and try the remainder of the number. I have had serial numbers with the training "-01" which worked.
