Hi, I would like to use a dcp-player and found the quvis-player. Is it reliable and does it work well? I am using a Macbook pro (November 2011).
Would it also be possible to show DCP´s on bigger screens with it (through HDMI from the Macbook to the projector) and would the quality still be better than using a DVD? Just asking, because very often there are no dcp servers available on some places. Many thanks.
Any experiences with QUVIS - dcp-player for Mac?

Is this only for DCPs you created yourself? In this case you'd be better off playing a Prores or similar format using common media players.
I have no experience with the Quvis Player. I suggest you try the 30day rental to check it out.
