• Various improvements to the Windows installer: the various tools can now be installed individually, and desktop shortcuts are not installed by default. Also, uninstall should work better.
• Fix error when importing DCPs whose content type tag does not include a XML scope.
• Fix failure to create KDMs for Interop DCPs from the command line tool (#3173).
• Fix missing <Language> in CPLs for audio reels.
• Fix handling of leading and trailing whitespace in binary STL subtitle files.
• Updated nl_NL translation from Rob van Nieuwkerk.
