Blues Brothers easter egg in DCP-o-Matic

As an IT systems engineer and security analyst new to the world of DCP's and exploring a career in commercial AV, I was curious how DCP-o-matic discovers and keeps tabs on encode servers running on the LAN. (edit: I hadn't read this section of the manual yet!)

Naturally, Wireshark is the best app for such a task!

- When DCP-o-matic launches, it sends out a broadcast packet (destination: 255.255.255.255) on UDP port 6193.
- Available encode servers respond on TCP port 6194.
- While running, DCP-o-matic broadcasts (udp:6193) every 10 seconds, and keeps track of responses.
- During encoding sessions, data is exchanged on TCP port 6192.

The Blues Brothers easter egg is in the broadcast packet's data:
