• Re-examine the content in some projects made in previous DCP-o-matic versions, since we changed how we handled stream IDs in multi-stream files.
• Preserve CPL/PKL filenames in the editor (#3109).
• Allow specification of which parts of the DCP to encrypt (#3099).
• Fix failure to play any audio when one stream isn''t producing anything (#3108)
• Fall back to copying (instead of hard-linking) in the combiner more often.
• Don't even try to use dark mode on Windows (#3107).
