Why do you only show the right front channel? Please show us a screenshot of your audio matrix as well! Is this stereo?

I'm sorry what is the audio matrix?
And I actually had the 5.1 audio but have latency of 1 frame from the video. Can I fix that in here?

This is the audio matrix:
It allows you to see the source audio channels and where they go in the DCP.
If you are sure that there is a static audio latency, you can fix it with the delay adjustment.
Even without having seen your audio matrix and all the audio channels enabled in the audio level graph , your audio should be okay the way it is, at around 23-24LUFS, it is probably a little bit too soft, but you have no headroom left to increase gain, so, leave it as it is.

Okay i'll leave it that way.
Unfortunately, the stereo sound is the only audio channel we've got. Can I make improvement or should I leave it too?

I will go off-topic (kind of) to say that the left audio channel seems to be white on the graphical representation.
One can not see the "Left" tag on the graph legend and one can distinguish cuts (gaps) on the black grid, especially around the RMS (lower line) area.
I checked on my 2.18.23 version, to see if it is a bug, but "Left" was black there.
Note that the peak value is on the Left channel. So, it's not that the left channel is mute.

The audio is not mute, And the graph is white. I see on my other DCP video. I think the software some short of inverted effect (I used dark mode).
My question is, is it okay to play stereo on cinema? or is it wise to just convert 2.0 channel to 5.1 channel in premiere pro before I enter DCP-o-matic?

Again, we need to see your audio matrix. What does your sound contain - voice, music? In general, it is okay to use stereo sound, but if your audio is a 'traditional' mix of voice and music, using the LCR Upmixer in DCP-o-matic would deliver better results.
The trouble with your screenshot currently is, that we see only a curve for the right channel

Yes, for now, that is okay. When creating the DCP, you will get a warning about the audio levels being too high - but that is just a warning.
Your levels are okay.
