Hello,
I've been using DCP O MATIC 2 for quiet a while. Everything was going great until a couple of weeks ago, in the middle of a screening, the film sound restarted from the beginning while the image kept going as usual. We then restarted te projection 2 minutes before the timecode of the accident but the same occurred. Most strange thing is, I tested the DCP the night before by skipping between the beginning/middle/end of the film and everything looked good. Then I watched the film entirely after the incident and the error didn't repeat itself!!
I know for sure that the MASTER is not corrupted, and DCP O MATIC 2 verifier didn't detected any issues with it.
I would really appreciate some help! It makes thing very unpredictable for me (and the audience!). I work with Mac OS and a 4K SONY SRX-R515 projector.

If I read what you write correctly, and the same DCP that had the problem was in all other cases playing as expected, then this is something that went wrong with the server at that time and -given that the system didn't have the chance to get over it, by a reboot or the similar- going back two minutes didn't suffice.
Monitoring a number of such projectors (and some 320 as well) for some time, I hadn't had such a behavior. But that is just me and that's the situation when you rely to computers screening a film. While digitizing somehow „democratized“ the medium, that was the downside of it.
There are people in the forum that might have experience with such systems, but my opinion is that, on one hand, it seems like a one off, on the other, you are in the wrong forum trying to figure out what went wrong and in the right one, logs from the XCT-S10 from the time would prove useful.

Which version of DCP-o-matic did you use?
I never heard about this issue before. We use a Sony 515 as well.
Can you tell us the basic image and sound parameters of the DCP? Can you check wether the RAID of the Sony is indicated 'all good'/green?
