Missing PKL-file, Assetmap & VOLINDEX

Hi all,

Currently we are preparing our short film for the cinema. When testing fragments of the video everything went well. But the complete movie didn't ingest because it was missing a PKL file, assetmap and volindex. The other parts are availabe in the folder.

Any direction where to look for?

Did the transcode job complete successfully in DCP-o-matic? Perhaps you can show us a screenshot of what you do have in your DCP.

Where can I find the transcode job status? Is that the log?

At the bottom of the DCP-o-matic window there's a progress bar, and it should have completed...
