Hello,
can I use dcpomatic software to convert video files to DCP-E cinematic format? Thank you for guiding me.

I think OpenDCP can do it. Other software, I don't know...

It's an old DCP format which uses MXF-wrapped MPEG2 for video (or, at least, I think that's what the OP means!
)
