Everything has been fine until recently when my audio stopped working on my machine after a windows update (nvidia HD audio) I updated my game ready drivers and audio returned. Today i went to make a DCP and discovered that audio wasn't working in dcp-o-matic. It wasn't my source, an MKV rip of a bluray disc. Using the test audio levels tool, I could see the audio track was there, but I want to make sure audio is good before trying to transfer it over to the GDC server, which is a timely process in my current workflow.
Any ideas why I don't have audio?
Win 10, current release, most recent release of dcp-o-matic, most recent nvidia game ready driver package, audio routing from gfx card over hdmi and into my LG monitor, which outputs to my studio speakers.
and yes, I have audio turned on in the player
No audio output in dcp-o-matic or the player

What does it say at the top of the "Sound" preferences page?

Could you check that you have a debug log file configured in the player preferences, then start the player and attach/send me the log?
