I'm doing quite a few DCPs with Accessibility (Sign Language, Closed Caption and Audio-description). Recently, while preparing two different films, one of them did not work. Both went through the exact same workflow, but I have a stubborn one.
Upon verification on the DCP-o-matic Player, I was given the Error shown in the image above. I always test the DCPs on the Easy DCP Player+ Trial, and the DCP with the error freezes the program every time, while the other DCP functions fine and the Easy DCP Player+ manages ti decode the Sign Languages without any problem.
I am putting the blame on the Sign Language material, because I excluded it from the project and created a new DCP and everything worked fine.
Does anyone has any idea?

That "programming error" suggests a problem when the verifier was checking the subtitles. Could you send the subtitle file from the DCP with the problem? If you made the DCP-o-matic there should be a file whose name starts with sub_ (either an MXL or MXF file) inside the DCP.
