I have previously submitted files to this same theater years ago without an issue. This time around, they informed me that upon ingestion the file says 'Exception' and that the MXF file is 'Missing'. The MXF is in the folder, and the projector recognizes the file name and that it is there, but it will not work. Any advice?
Notably, the drive used for ingesting is not formatted as EXT 2 or 3. That would be my next test, but I can not find a way to format my drive that way on Mac without paying a license, which I don't necessarily want to pay for if I am not sure that it will fix the issue.
Thanks in advance!

How DID you format this drive then? DCP-o-matic disk writer will let you format a drive as ext3 if necessary.
From a Mac, your options are: NTFS (I prefer Tuxera for this), or DCP-o-matic disk writer.
How large is that DCP?
