DSS220 CAT745 3D movies ,can't work with DOM

hi carl,thanks to DOM

My english is bad,sorry

I use DOM to creat a dcp, but sometimes it is not working

DSS220 CAT745

1 2D movies with kdm -- OK
2 2D movies without kdm -- ok
3 3D movies whitout kdm -- OK
4 3D movies with kdm --not working

when 3D movies with kdm playing on the DSS220,the timecode is 00:00:00 all the time,
does anybody had the same things?

Can you tell us more about this specific setup? Server, projector(s)?

Server:dolby DSS220
IMB:dolby CAT745
Projector:Chrisite cp2220
DOM:2.14.2 MACOS

DCP set：3D FLAT signed encrypted single reel 2K 24FPS 200Mbit/S 5.1 interop

this DCP and KDM can run on DSS200 CAT862,Chrisite cp2220,

but can't run on dolby DSS220 CAT745 Chrisite cp2220,when it play,the server is like the image 2143276605.jpg
116097598.jpg 1437219869.jpg is the cat745,Is there a problem with the hardware？

I have no idea why KDMs would not work with just the 3D DCP - except if it was a setup utilizing multiple projectors/media blocks.
