When shown on projector everything pushes right

When shown on projector everything pushes right

I am having an issue when i convert from .mp4 or .wmv, All of the stuff pushes to the right and will cut off some of the video. I was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue or if this is only me.

Can you attach the metadata.xml file from your DCP-o-matic project?

Thanks. Are you testing in a cinema? If so, it's possible that your 30 frames-per-second content is causing the problem (some projectors can only play 24 frames per second correctly).

Can you make and test a DCP with the video rate set to 24? (In the DCP -> Video tab). That would give us some clues.
