Sorry to start a new thread! I'm new to the program and this forum and wasn't able to locate the relevant information.
Beneath the box that determines the bit rate for JPEG2000 data, there's a checkbox that says "Re-encode JPEG2000 data from input". My source file is not in JPEG2000 form. It's an MOV file of an old film that was shot on HDV. Should I check this box? And what should the bit rate be - 100 Mbits/sec?

100 Mbits/sec should be fine. The "re-encode" button doesn't matter; that only makes a difference if you are using an existing DCP as a source.
