Hi,
are there lots of differences between DOM (create DCPs) for MacOs and for Windows?
Is it worth for Mac users to go to Windows? Larger community - more bug fixes?
Thanks for replies!

Re: Differences MacOS / Windows
No difference. Development takes place strictly parallel for all platforms. Some bugs may occur specifically on certain platforms due to differences in OS/GUI integration, but that happens randomly.
The only difference between Mac and Windows/Linux platforms is that it is cheaper to buy higher encoding speed in the form of standard 'PC' hardware, whereas Macs with more CPU horsepower tend to be very expensive. You may, however use a Mac to run the Master-GUI, and add a cheap (even second hand) suitable multicore standard PC for networked J2K encoding.
