Where can I download the certificates for the Sony XCT M10 server to create encrypted dcp?

Do you have physical access to that Sony machine?

Log in as show manager (projectionist is not sufficient on a standard setup). Goto Configuration->System-> Certificate Info

Choose 'Download' - 'KDM (Certificate used to issue KDMS for the Media Block)'

Then you need to apply for access with Sony. There is no public database available.

Or teach those with physical access how to do it.

Usually they should have stored their cert somewhere. However, mainstream cinema operation usually works if they have the serial number only. I still advise every cinema/operator to have a copy of their cert stored somewhere.

XCT-M10, that is the media block decrypting content.
