KDM for Cannes!

the good folks at Cannes cannot read any KDM I provide. They are using a DCP-2000 server. I am using KDM Creator from DCP-O-Matic and have tried all variants of Certs + the autoloader with no luck. Is there anything else someone in the US has to consider before making a key for france (besides the UTP?)

If there are timezone/validity window issues, the KDM will ingest, but show as invalid. How detailed are their error reports?

Did you try any other server using the same workflow, do you have a local Doremi to test?

I understand the Texas Theatre is a cinema as well? What server(s) do you have available there? Did you test already on them?

Did the operators at Cannes tell you what happens when they try to ingest the KDM? USB-Stick, network ingest? Does it show up for ingest or not at all?

"The key is not recognized by the cinema server". is all they are telling me. I have no problems with our local Doremi.

You would think that they have only very knowledgeable staff at Cannes. But maybe they're just snobby?

There is not much you can probably do other than to resend the KDMs unzipped (if you zipped them before), ask them about the software version on their Doremis, and if they are absolutely sure about the serial number they communicated.

Is it possible they use a dual projection system there?
