Installing DOM on UNUNTU 18..04

Hi all.

Just installed UBUNTU on a 3 years old PC with I3 processor.Downloaded DOM for Ubuntu 18.04, both test and release versions.

After inputting passwords and being annoyed by "unknown developer" messages' Ubuntu software installer quickly went to 100% mark, and then stopped.
I couldn't see the software installed anywhere on the hard drive.

Then another message popped up: "Don't know how to handle file :///home/aspalex/Downloads/dcpomatic_2.13.62-1_amd64.deb
Are there any special requirements to install DOM on UBUNTU machine?
