SRT Error: ...expecting a time/position line

Hi there.

I'm very new to this and have tried to follow .srt formatting as advised but seem to have come across some sort of error.

DCP-o-matic tells me:
Error: Error in SubRip file: saw 00:01:34,943 --> 00:01:35,820 when expecting a time/position line

This is probably a formatting issue but I can't seem to understand why.

Do you have an empty line at the start of the file? Try removing that, if so.

Tried adding one and deleting it as well
