Hello!
I have been using DCP-o-Matic faithfully for the last year. Recently my converts are no long ingesting. I have updated to the newest version and it still wasn't working. So I just went back to the previous version and still no luck.
I get the Error "Error is asset ingesting" when trying to ingest. I have tried a lot of different content and same error every time.
I tried to include the DCP files to see if anyone could help see what could be wrong.
Please let me know if anyone has a solution or needs more information to help me out.
It is a huge part of our theater to get this resolved.

I have a feeling that this has something to do with what happens between you generate the DCP and you ingest it to the server.
How are you transferring the DCP to the server?

I use a hard drive.
It is been the same one that I have converted 100 other files with.
I have tried a different one and still getting the same error.

Use DCP-o-matic player 2.16x to verify the DCP after it has been converted and written to your disc.
