Blacks are Magenta

hello everybody...
i created a DCP from mp4 H264... Flat mode... rec709.. 50 FPS ...
but with a NEC projector on Doremi, blacks are Magenta... so impossible to show the film to an audience.
can you help me

Have you played 50fps content on your system before? If not, I'd try dropping the rate to 25fps in DCP-o-matic and making a new DCP.

It's not mine so I'm not sure ... the projector is a NEC NC2000C ... I agree with you to drop the frame rate to 25 or 24 (?) ... and try again... now I think it is the only problem because I tested with models of color sRVB and rec709 and the blacks were magenta in both cases... (sorry for my english I'm french).

If you drop the rate in DCP-o-matic (DCP tab) to 25fps it will just miss out every other frame of your source. If you drop to 24fps it will run the video at slightly the wrong speed. 25fps is probably better as I think the NC2000C will play it ok.

OK... 25 fps ... the Theater just told me that they never played at 50 fps !!!! I must wait two weeks for nex test... if it works pr not I'll tell you the result Thanks a lot

everything's right !!! 50fps were the tips !!! 25 ips is the right one !

will my DCP work with any DCP server ?

I'm glad it's working. It will work with most servers. Some will only play 24fps, but I think they are quite rare these days.

two last questions : do all servers read NTFS (windows) hard drive (Doremie do) and do you know a free DCP Player without limits ?

Not all servers read NTFS but most do. The only players I know about are in the FAQ list.
