Missing Cover Sheet

When I try to make a DCP from a MP4 file, I get the following error message: "Could not open D:\..................\COVER_SHEET.txt" This text file was not created. What am I doing wrong? For some reason I cannot attach the log file to this message.

You could email the log to carl@dcpomatic.com

Perhaps you could also show us a screenshot of the error?
