if I send DKDM to somebody so he/she is able to make KDMs, and if DKDM is restricted to work between specific dates, is that person able to issue KDM that is supposed to work after period defined by dates in DKDM?
Most likely, yes.
It depends on what system it is.
For instance, both DCP-o-Matic and Dolby CineAsset can generate KDMs forever, regardless of the timeframe of the DKDM.
But EasyDCP don't work that way and after the DKDM is expired you won't be able to make more KDMs and you can not make any KDMs that are valid longer than the DKDM.
