Hello, I'm new to the community, forgive me if this has been addressed.
I successfully downloaded DCP-O-Matic and (seemingly) created my first DCP without any issue. However, I am unable to test the package, because I can't seem to open the Player on Mac OS 10.15.7. After downloading and granting permission for the player application to install, when I try to open it, nothing happens. There is no error message, it simply doesn't open.
Any advice at all would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

At first, I would:
- reboot the machine
- trash the existing player and downloaded DMG archive
- download it from scratch
- try again
- reboot the machine

Well, knock me down, that worked. I'd already tried trashing the app, rebooting, and reinstalling from the DMG archive, and that hadn't fixed the problem. Trashing the DMG and re-downloading from scratch did the trick—everything's working now.
