command line and scripting?

Hi all, this is my first time posting so please be kind
Can I use command line to create DCPs with this tool, and/or is scripting supported?

For example, if I wanted to automate the DCP creation process by creating a hot folder that would auto trigger DCP creation from drag/dropped prores files, is that possible?
