Can not select Closed Captions track in player

Hi all,

Just having trouble with closed captions. Add them in the DCP and all seems fine but when I open the DCP in the player and click on closed captions I am unable to get anything to appear in the drop down menu.

Running latest versions of all software on Mac. CC file is a SRT imported into DOM and select EN as language so CCAP appears in DCP naming convention.

Any help would be appreciated

Just to add, I also can not select the CC track in DOM (View > Closed Captions) when I'm creating the DCP. Although I've just found that randomly after a few attempts to create the DCP the DOM app is now showing my closed captions track as an option without having changed any of the settings. It unfortunately does not however transfer over to the DCP Player and I am still unable to see it.

Furthermore, the DCP I have created AFTER the CC track was available in DOM does work in Dolby Cine Asset Player. Using that software I can toggle between CC disabled and CC: EN where as the original DCP I tried could turn CC on and off using cine asset except there was no name (EN) next to the option so it seems there is an issue with the DOM and DOM player.

Can now select CC layer in the track in DOM. Still unable to select CC track in the DCP Player though

The player doesn't offer you any tracks in closed captions menu?

Can you post a screen shot and versions numbers?
