DCP-o-matic 2.14.0 beta testing

The test version 2.13.116 is the first beta test version of the DCP-o-matic that will soon become the next stable release (2.14.0).

The main advances in this version are:

• support for closed captioning.
• support for bitmapped (PNG timed-text) subtitles.
• optional "simple" mode with a cut-down GUI.
• a variety of bug fixes, especially related to 3D DCPs.

Testing would be very much appreciated. This will help to ensure that 2.14.0 is a good, stable release.

You are advised not to use this version for production. Projects made using 2.12.x can be loaded into this version, but once saved by 2.13.x they cannot be loaded into 2.12.x.

MAC OS X (10.14.3) not system version related

WHen launching encode server, this opens:

09:18:25: No image handler for type 15 defined.
09:18:25: Failed to load image from file "/Applications/DCP-o-matic 2 Batch converter.app/Contents/Resources/splash.png".
09:18:25: no bitmap handler for type 15 defined.

The server does not launch.
Same error (with different numbers on Win 10)

This one has puzzled me throughout the lifecycle of version 2.13.
The encode server window on all platforms used to display information about current encoding state. But Not in 2.1. Is this intentional?
