Yes, that's what we see so far as well. KDM looks as if okay, but when trying to play, is indicated as invalid (no playout time period).

Yup, that specific Sony/SMPTE issue was solved back in January 2019, or in DCP-o-matic from 2.13.109 up. Not sure wether that fix made it into later stable 2.12.x releases.
Also solved by Sony in S10/51x/81x software from 1.54 up.

I am sure you mixed something up there - the annotation text in these files says 'SMPTE', while your filenames contain 'IOP'.
Have you created any KDMs for DCPs on this Sony System successfully before?
The mentioned issue only concerned SMPTE DCPs.
A few days before, I created both encrypted IOP and SMPTE DCPs, with current 2.14.x and 2.15.x versions, and all had no issues accepting KDM and playing. I tend to assume there is something wrong in your setup or workflow.
