Black box behind subtitles..is possible?
Please someone could help me with this problem. I have to put subtitles with black box behind to cover burned subtitles. This is possible? I'm sorry but I do not see it in the forum.

Not immediately. Is the source a DCP or another common video format. The only way to use a bounding box would be to use Bitmap/VOB subtitles. I guess there are some free tools to create them, but it may be cumbersome.
It is certainly worth a feature suggestion for burning in subs. Probably for 2.13...
You could just create a box overlay for the video in a suitable color, and then insert the subs above that box in DCP-o-matic . A simple way to do this even without a video editor would be the Quicktime (Pro) player. It allows to overlay bitmaps over videos.
