As far as i know, if i strip R1 from CPL, MD5 hash will mismatch and the VF won't ingest...

There will only be hashes for reels that are actually contained in a CPL. If you strip it, there will only be a hash for it in the OV DCP, but not in the VF.
If you do the CPL manipulation by hand, you need to correct the CPL hash, of course.

Ok, now same thread new question. A little bit more trickier.
So, i've created encrypted DCP in DOM. Now i need to add hardlocks there. How can i create a VF with this hardlocks? How can i create KDM for DOM?

What do you mean with 'hardlock'?
You create a KDM by creating a screen from your DCP-o-matic certificate. You assign it by right-clicking on encrypted DCP/CPL.
