I have a windows 64 bit system and when I open the player I only get a black page Players not working. I have to do F11 to reduce the black page and close it

Are you using a recent version?

Not sure, but this may be an issue with a full-frame setting for the player.

Exit player before doing this:

Load DCP-o-matic prefs (config.xml) into notepad and find these values/set these values, then save.
