New open source tools for dcp validation and screening

Here are two new tools that may be of interest:

DCP Doctor will detect dcp errors, including in the frame essence,
and can even fix some errors:

DCP Screen can screen regular or encrypted content very efficiently:

Both apps run on Windows, macOS and LInux and are free for anyone to use.
