Multi-subs DCP to Single Subs (Burned In)

Hello again, friends. I have an Interop feature DCP I made years ago using... I forget the fellow's name now... I believe he's French, and his website allowed creating precisely this - Interop DCPs with the subs duties normally being handed over to the projector during playback. I'm trying to isolate just the German subs, and burn them into the image rather than leave them as a separate XML. Unfortunately, when I drop the original DCP into dcpomatic, it views the CPL containing the French subs as the only subs available, even though when I take this DCP to a cinema, the players ask which CPL to load, and the "DE" version is clearly one of the options.

How do I get dcpomatic to only use the German subs, or even to let me choose which language I want for this DCP? Thanks.

If your DCP contains a German CPL you should be able to select it by right-clicking the DCP in the content list and going to "Choose CPL".
