DCP-o-matic 2.18.44 64-bit stuck at first launch

Hi everyone, I have a problem with the first launch of version 2.18.44 64 bit on Windows 11.
DCP-o-matic does not start properly: it does not generate the folder: C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\dcpomatic2 and the error message is the following:

Error 1 in "C:\Program Files\DCP-o-matic 2\bin\openssl.exe" genrsa -out ca.key 2048 within
C:\Users\PC0AB_1.VAD\AppData\Local\Temp\1aa5-e099-d36c-2b1e
