Yes, there is nothing special. It's just a bunch of files in a folder. As a matter of fact, for a single DCP on a drive, not even the folder is necessary.
If the largest file of your DCP files is below 4GB, you may even use a standard FAT32 formatted USB stick (supported by any Mac without the need for special drivers). Even if your DCP is longer than a few minutes, this can easily be accomplished using the reel-by-size option in DCP-o-matic (it can segment video MXF to e.g. max 2GB or 4GB size).
The easiest way, of course, is to use network transfers. You should be able to use SMB or FTP to transfer files to the DCI server directly from your computer.
