Accessing new Dolby FTP server to the SERVICE login

Hi everyone.

Sorry for bothering you with an issue which is not related to DCP-o-matic but this is very important for us.
Some time ago Dolby moved their FTP server for the SERVICE login to a new URL (the previous one was ftp.cinema.dolby.com). I had login credentials to the previous one but can't get them for the new one. If anyone know these credentials and URL, could you please share them with me? It'll be very appreciated.
