That sounds really strange to me. A KDM should normally either work or it doesn't. All it does is allow the actual DCP to be played. It should not affect the DCP itself in any way. I've experienced all kinds of weird problems with KDMs (on Christie Solaria One), but never did they affect the actual content and I also wouldn't think this is possible.

Is it perhaps possible that the KDM you created is valid for a different DCP than the KDM that was created with easyDCP? Is the KDM itself really the only difference?

By the way: what Christie projectors are these? On the Solaria One I've never experienced any playback-problems such as these - but the again we use Dolby IMS2000 rather than the built-in Christie server (which is all kinds of whack or so I've heard) - maybe that's the important difference.

In total there was about 0.3% failure rate when playing from all screens. And all Christie.

Part of Christie still apparently successfully plays this content.

That would hint a difference on the server's media block version between the servers, wouldn't it?
I would start by investigating software versions (including DCP-o-matic used).
Are all the servers that are having the issue Cinemeccanica CineCloud, or did you just avoided creating another thread for a similar issue?

It's unfortunate that it's been something more than three years that the company declared their products "End of Life". A product that was presented less than ten years before (that is, before May 2021).
