DCP's Audio out of sync

Update: I just made a DCP from a Blu-Ray (not a DVD) and the sync is perfect.

Is it odd that there are 5 different audio streams and only one video stream?

No, that's pretty common to have numerous languages or creators audio comments on DVDs and BDs. I'm more surprised by all the frame rates for video and audio.

Video:
Frame rate : 23.976 (23976/1000) FPS
Original frame rate : 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS

Audio:
Frame rate : 31.250 FPS (1536 SPF)

I would look into this as probable cause for the sync problem. Is this a "commercial" DVD or a homemade one?
