Hello I have authored a DCP with DCP-o-matic and it plays fine on my computer and someone else's computer.
However, when we send that to cinemas, they have error playing it.
Dolphin Debug: Warning:
CheckValue failed for Video A frame 0 !
Dolphin Debug: Warning:
CheckValue failed for Audio A frame 0 !
Dolphin Debug: Decoders crashed at frame 0
Do you have any idea what the problem would be?

Sounds like file corruption. How did you transfer the DCP to the cinema?
Can you transfer it again? How large is it?
First of all, you should load your own original/copy of this DCP into DCP-o-matic player and perform a validation. That will make sure at least your 'master' is correct.
