There is a serious distortion in the picture when it is being played at a cinema.
Is it projector problem or DCP problem? How can I find the reason.
I made this DCP in windows os with version 2.16.57

Did you test the DCP you created with DCP-o-matic player and it's verification tool?

Yes I tested in dcp-o-matic player and verified it .
I'd like to give you the original files and whole DCP package. But it is so big.
Mp4 has 9G and DCP has 40G
Can you tell me how to give you ? And can u give me your email address, it is not fit to show to all

If I choose re-encode the JPEG2000 data from input , do u think that will solve the problem ?

You should hopefully have just got an email with a log in for dcpomatic.com/send which you can use to upload the MP4. I don't need the DCP yet.

But it is so sad that I couldn't upload the file because the net speed is too slow
from China to your file server is too far to connect
