Bug Report: parent window is closed unexpectedly

Mac OS 13.4.1
Version 2.16.59 git d860d9de91

Steps:
1. Jobs -> Make KDMS
2. open any sub window, like click "add cinemas"
3. click cancel button

Result:
the parent window closed immediately too

Hope:
do not close parent window

ps: 2.16.57 had no problem
