Maybe incorrect path to certificate or dolbys ftp is not working now?
try go to they ftp directly

I've encountered the same error when trying to download certificates for Doremi servers. The names for Doremi IMB certificates are different, they are 'Dolby-IMB-XXXXXX.dcicerts.zip', that's why DOM can't download them. So I guess the error 78 means 'file not found' or something like that.

I fixed DCP-o-matic to look for the right filenames here (in the next release). Until then, you could download the ZIP file manually, unpack it, and import the certificate file.
